Professional approach to all maintenance. He really does care about his property and if there are any issues (for example the washing machine leaked) he fixes them quickly without a fuss.

James is very polite and helpful. Any issues or questions have been dealt with very quickly. Always an email or call away.

Never complied with obligations repair anything. Asked him to fix light, blinds and damp and mould issues never did anything - he told the letting agent not send anyone.
